螺杆泵采油油管柱弯曲对抽油杆柱的影响

抽油杆柱断脱是螺杆泵采油最棘手的问题之一。为此， 就螺杆泵采油时油管柱弯曲对抽油杆柱的影响做了分析。通过分析， 给出了油管柱轴向压力与弯曲变形计算式， 着重讨论了油管柱弯曲对抽油杆柱的弯曲角度、弯曲产生的附加弯矩和附加应力的影响。认为螺杆泵正常工作以后， 因温度的影响， 油管的弯曲增加， 抽油杆柱产生与油管相同的弯曲。最后对某油田的某一螺杆泵井作了实例计算。

The effect of tubing string bending on sucker rod string during oil production with screw pump is analyzed. The equations for calculating the axial pressure and bending deformation of tubing string are given. The influence of tubing string bending on the bending angle, additional bending moment and subsidiary stress of the rod string is discussed. It is thought that, when the screw pump runs normally, with the rise of temperature, the flexibility of tubing string increases, and the rod string is bended with the same flexibility. An example of calculation is presented.
