摘要
介绍了钻杆生产技术的发展及现状, 指出目前国内外钻杆的生产均采用摩擦焊接方法,钻杆的失效形式主要是疲劳断裂、腐蚀疲劳和超载, 失效部位主要是钻杆管体加厚过渡区、钻杆接头螺纹和焊缝区。据此详细阐述了摩擦焊钻杆管体和接头的生产工艺与技术要求, 以及焊接工艺流程和技术要求, 指明通过严格控制管体坯料和接头坯料的冶金工艺, 改善钻杆管体加厚过渡带形状等可有效提高钻杆的使用寿命。最后就钻杆的发展方向提出了建议。
The development and current status of producing technology of drill pipes are introduced. In the production of drill pipes, friction welding is commonly applied at present. The failure patterns of drill pipes are fatigue fracture, corrosion fatigue and overload, and the failure locations include the drill pipe body upset transitional area, tool joint thread and welding seam area. The producing technology and technical requirements for friction welding of drill pipe body and joint are expounded. It is indicated that, by means of stict control of metallurgical process of body and joint blanks, and by improving the shape of body upset transitional area, the service life of drill pipes can be improved effectively. Suggestions on developing trend of drill pipes are put forward.
