为催化裂化装置沉降器全部内件更新而提出的施工方法，将沉降器上部封头割开，所需更换内件均从沉降器上部整体吊装就位，不仅保证了施工质量，改造工期也大为缩短。

This paper provides a construction method in replacement of all Internal parts in heavy oil catalytic cracking subsider. The upper head of the subsider is cut and all replacement parts are lifted and installed from upper subsider. This method not only shorten construction period but also guarantee quality of construction.
