A Wrapping Unit for Pipe Thermal insulation Material of FBT

稀土（ＦＢＴ）复合保温材料已经较大规模地用于输油站内的管道保温，为了改进保温施工技术，研制成功了管道保温材料包裹装置，文中介绍了该装置的特点和应用效果，并与人工作业进行了经济效益对比。

FBT complex thermal insulation material has been used for pipe thermal insulation in large scale in crude oil transmission station. A wrapping apparatus is successfully developed for wrapping of thermal insulation material to improve construction technology of thermal insulation. This article introduces features and application effects of this unit and contrast economic efficiency with manual construction way.
