Study on the Performance of Zeolite Type Catalyst for the Synthesis of Isopropyltoluenes from Toluene and Propene

研究了甲苯－ 丙烯烷基化合成异丙基甲苯分子筛型 Ｉ Ｐ Ｔ － ０８３ 催化剂性能。 结果表明，在适宜 的反应条件（ 反应温度４０３ ～４４３ Ｋ ，甲苯／ 丙烯摩尔比９／１ ～１０／１ ，质量空速 １ ．０ ～１ ．５ ｈ － １） 下，甲苯转化率９ ％ ～１１ ％ ，异丙基甲苯选择性 ９７５ ％ ～９８５ ％ ，邻－ 异丙基甲苯选择性 ３ ．５ ％ ～３ ．９ ％ ，单程反应的 稳定性超 过７５０ ｈ 。 催化剂具 有良好的制备重复性和再生性能。

The catalytic performance of zeolite type catalyst IPT 083 for the propylation of toluene with propene to isopropyltoluenes has been evaluated.The results indicate that,under optimal alkylation conditions(reaction temperature 403～443 K,toluene to propene molar ratio 9/1～10/1,WHSV 1.0～1.5 h -1 ),with a conversion of toluene 9%～11%,selectivities of isopropyltoluene and o isopropyltoluene 97.5%～98.5% and 3.5%～3.9% respectively,the single run duration exceeds 750 hours.The catalyst IPT 083 is proved to have high repeatability in preparation and regenerative capacity.
