摘要
从 Walling 共聚速率方程出发,经数学变换、积分,首次得到该方程的瞬时单体组成与反应时间的显式表达式。文中结合表达单体瞬时组成与转化率之间定量关系的 Meyer 共聚物组成方程和共聚物平均组成方程,计算了苯乙烯- 甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚合反应过程中转化率和共聚物平均组成的变化。结果表明,计算值与文献实验值在较宽转化率范围内符合得较好。
In this paper,a new explicit expression for monomer composition with reaction time is first obtained by the integration of Walling copolymerization rate equation.With the appliction of well-known equations such as Meyer equation,the reaction conversion,monomer mole fraction and average copolymer composition at different reaction time can be calculated.Calculation results are satisfactorily tested against literature experiment data.
