摘要
针对实际换热网络合成中存在的物流长距离匹配问题进行了探讨,指出当两匹配物流间的物理距离过长时,在网络合成时应该考虑长距离匹配的管线成本;提出了长距离物流匹配与否的准则, 进而又进一步提出了同时考虑冷、热物流长距离匹配的换热网络最优合成的分步优化的策略。通过一换热网络最优合成的实例,证明本方法的实用性。
This paper approaches the problem about the distant matches during heat exchanger networks synthesis,and points out that the pipeline cost must be considered while the distance between matched hot stream and matched cold stream is long.This paper also proposes the criterion that decides distant matches to be used or not.Moreover,the separated steps optimization strategy is developed,which can consider the distant matches simultaneously during heat exchanger networks synthesis.Finally,a case study illustrates the method presented by this paper is practical.
