摘要
用碳酸二甲酯代替光气合成甲苯二氨基甲酸甲酯( T D C) 。考察了不同反应条件对甲醇钠、乙酸锌催化剂上合成甲苯二氨基甲酸甲酯反应性能的影响,确定出适宜的操作条件;首次制备出合成 T D C 的负载型催化剂,并获得较高的 T D C 收率。
In the present paper,the synthesis of toluene dicarbamate (TDC) by using toluene diamine (TDA) and dimethyl carbonate (DMC) instead of phosgene was studied.The effect of different reaction conditions were investigated on TDC synthesis over sodium methylate and zinc acetate catalyst.On the basis of the investigation,suitable operation conditions were obtained.Furthermore,the supported catalysts for TDC synthesis reaction were prepared for the first time and higher TDC yield was attained.
