燕化炼油装置瓦斯系统的改造及效果

REVAMP OF THE GAS SYSTEM AND THE EFFECTS

为了降低加工损失，燕化公司炼油事业部投资两千多万元对瓦斯系统进行了改造，主要是利用干式气柜和螺杆压缩机回收利用火炬气，改造了高压管网、火炬以及其它辅助设施，并提高了系统的计量和控制水平。一年来，通过对新系统的实践摸索，将不足之处进行了改善，取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。

In order to reduce oil processing loss,the refinery division of Beijing Yanshan Co.,Ltd. take the action to revamp the gas system with the investment of more than 20,000,000 YMB. The main purpose is to recover the flare gas with the waterless gasholder and helical-lobe compressor,The high pressure gas pipe network,flare and other auxiliary devices were revamped and the measure and control level of the system improved.After the operating experience of the new system for about one year,many defections have improved and both economic and social benefits achieved.Some measurements are proposed for solving the remaining problems.
