摘要
以邻二甲苯为原料、苯甲酸盐为催化剂进行液相氧化,一步合成邻甲基苯甲腈。在实验室进行了条件试验,得出了最佳反应条件:反应温度 403 K,溶剂与原料之比为 2.50,反应压力为0.40 M Pa,反应时间3.5 h。在上述操作条件下,单程转化率37.08% ,选择性52.84% 。并探讨了该反应的反应机理。
One step synthesis of o methyl benzonitrile with o xylene as raw material and benzene carbonate as catalyst was carried out in liquid phase oxygenation. Under an optimum operating condition of a reaction temperature of 403K, a solvent to raw material ratio of 2.5, a pressure of 0.40Mpa, and a reaction time of 3.5h, the once through conversion was 37.08%, and the selectivity was 52.84%. The reaction mechanism was discussed.
