Community Empowerment of Generalizing University and Body Ecology Construction of Urban Innovation

大学(研究型大学、创业型大学)在知识经济时代是城市创新的重要动力源,通过分析当代中国大学与城市创新互动发展的障碍,提出"泛大学社区"营造的设想,希望通过打通边界、推进社会化融合、在泛大学社区积累社会资本、演化知识创新社区和学习型组织,并通过培育知识创新中介服务、为各创新主体搭建网络、构建泛大学区域创新生态体,引导知识密集型产业集聚。

The university（research university,entrepreneurial university） in the knowledge economy is an important power source of urban innovation.Through analysis of interaction barriers between Chinese university and urban innovation,this paper proposes community empowerment of generalizing university and hopes to get through the border and promote the social integration for accumulation of social capital and evolution of knowledge innovation communities and learning organizations.Cultivating intermediary services of knowledge innovation to the network of innovation subject,we build up regional innovation ecosystem and guide the concentration of knowledge-based industry.
