腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿127例疗效观察

Effect of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of the patients with ovarian cysts

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析收集127例接受腹腔镜手术治疗的卵巢良性肿瘤患者的病历资料，并与同期接受开腹术的129例患者作对比。结果腹腔镜手术组患者术中出血量、肛门排气时间、平均住院时间[分别为（41．7±20．1）ml、（8．4±7．5）h、（4．5±1．4）d]均少于开腹术者[分别为（70．4±9．8）ml、（21．6±16．0）h、（6．3±2．5）d]，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜手术适用于治疗卵巢良性肿瘤。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for the patients suffering from ovarian cysts. Methods 127 patients with benign ovarian cysts who underwent laparoscopie surgery were retrospectively analyzed, and 129 underwent laparotomy surgery as the control group. Results There were significant differences in duration of the operation, amount of blood loss, exhaust time and hospitalization time between the patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy surgery. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery was a kind of ideal type of treatment for the patients with ovarian cysts.
