摘要
采用 φ20 m m 环隙式离心萃取器研究了不同操作条件对夹带量和传质级效率的影响。选取的体系是高效酚萃取剂 Q H1——苯酚硝酸溶液。试验结果表明,当转速为 2 500~4 000r/m in,总流量在85 m L/m in 以下,流比(水相/有机相)从 1∶1~4∶1,环隙为 2.5~5.5 m m 时,只要这些操作条件匹配得当,两相出口液中的夹带量低于 0.3% ,传质级效率高于90% 。
The relations between different operating factors and both of mass transfer stage efficiency and entrainment were studied in QH 1——phenol system with φ20mm annular centrifugal extractor. The experiment conditions were carried out at a rotor speed varied from 2 500 r/min to 4 000 r/min; a total throughput less than 85 mL/min; a phase ratio range of 1∶1 to 4∶1; and annulus of 2.5 mm, 3.5 mm & 5.5 mm. At compatible conditions, the mass transfer stage efficiency was higher than 90%, and the entrainments of two phase outlet liquids were lower than 0.3%.
