摘要
宝浪油田属低孔低渗透特殊轻质油藏类型油田。该油田地面建设工程设计中,采用了单管不加热集输,一段热化学脱水净化处理技术和正压闪蒸方式的原油稳定工艺,保证油气损耗率≤0.3%。确立了以建一套20*10^4m^3/d的轻烃回收装置和一座规划规模的20MW的燃气发电站为主的天然气综合利用方案。
The authors use single pipeline unheating gathering and transferring process flow, one-stage crude dehydration, whole colsed oil-gas treatment, natural gas comprehensive utilization and disposal of sewage and waterflood technology aimed at low permeability oilfield. In addition, in accordance with the western part oilfield' s geographical, climate and environment character the authors use many new measures in design. Production operation in recent two years shows that various production parameters are functioning normally and can meet the requirements of design and production. Various technical econonic indexes are advanced. Its whole design level approaches to the international level of 1990's
