摘要
目前大庆油田数万公里运行年限超过10年的埋地管线,大多开始出现严重的腐蚀现象,迫切地需要一种经济合理的管道修复技术。利用聚乙烯具有形状记忆特点,在塑料管穿入所修管道之前,将塑料衬管的直径暂时缩小,穿入管子后,用加热或加压的方法将聚乙烯的记忆激活,使聚乙烯管恢复直径并胀贴于管道内壁上,形成良好特性的衬里。钢管保护了内衬塑料管不被管外尖锐物刺破,也防止了介质从管内将较薄的衬管胀破。而塑料衬管将输送介质与管道隔离开,防止了介质对管道的腐蚀。该项技术使塑料衬管的防腐性能与金属材料的机械性能合二为一,形成新的管道结构。
Using polyethlene has character of shape memory, before putting plastics pipeline through the repaired pipeline, reducing the diameter of plastics pipeline temporarily. After plastics pipeline putting through the steel pipeline activating the plastics pipeline by using heat or adding pressure method, making the plastics pipeline regaining the diameter and expands and sticks on the inner wall of steel pipe forming a fine good lining with fine character.This technology combine anticorrosion character with mechinery character, makes two into one and forming a new pipeline structure.
