大庆油田节能住宅设计及发展趋势

Energy-saving Dwelling Design and Its Developing Trend in DQ oilfield

大庆油田从１９８６年起开始节能住宅研究设计，１９９２年初见成效。经过实践和完善，形成了比较成熟的红砖＋袋装珍珠岩辅以聚苯板的复合外墙和袋装珍珠岩或习水珍珠岩保温屋面的３０％节能住宅结构体系，从１９９２－１９９８年，全矿区共建此体系的住宅楼５３０多栋，约１５０多万ｍ＾２。

Theoretical analysis shows that the developing trend of energy-saving dwelling design in the days coming are: 1. strengthening heat preservation of outer wall and outer windows, highten the airtight of outer windows, improving ventilate mesures, increasing the operating efficiency of heat-supply devices and its automatic control capability .2. practicing heat-supply expense charged by users themselves.
