摘要
介绍了陕京输气管道引进的气液联动阀(GDV阀)的结构、工作原理、维护及在运行中常见故障的处理。该阀具有操作简单、反应灵敏、开关迅速等优点。GDV阀带有远传遥控装置,可实现信号远传以及调控中心对阀门状态的监视与遥控,为全线安全平稳运行提供了有力保障。
The structure, operating principle, daily care, and troubleshooting during the operation of gas-oil (GOV) used in Shannxi-Beijing gas transmission pipeline are introduced. This kind of valve imported from SHAFER has many advantages,such as simple operation,sensible response, and fast on/off. The GOV with RTU can realize the remote transfer of signal, monitor the GOVs in the control center,which provides the reliability and safety of the pipeline operation.
