运用水浮法修复油罐浮顶

Repairing Tank's Roof with Floating Technique

通过对浮顶油罐发生浮顶沉没事故的分析,提出采用水浮法进行修复。其修复工艺为:运用单盘的圆形薄膜原理,通过浮力使浮顶复位,将单盘与船舱分离,变形的单盘因水的浮力浮起,依靠锁紧卡具,使单盘处于自然漂浮状态,达到单盘平整。采用水浮法修复油罐浮顶与其它方案比较,具有安全可靠、省时省力、经济性好、效果明显等特点。

The paper proposes a floating technique to repair the settled floating roof of tank. The repairing procedure is that the tank's roof is repositioned by means of floating,then the single-deck is floating off under the natural floating through the locking system,which levels off the single-deck. The paper considers that the floating technique is safe and reliable,fast repair,and economic compared with other repair methods in repairing tank's roof.
