Reforming the Cooling System of Oil Pump

以太阳升输油泵站为例,通过对输油泵冷却水系统的改造,即罐前泵由滑动轴承改为滚动轴承、输油泵润滑油由水冷改为风冷。指出此次改造不仅可达到减化流程、节能降耗、方便维护的目的,而且对输油企业的类似问题提供了一条新思路。

The technical reform to the cooling system of oil pump in Taiyangsheng pumping station is introduced. The technical reform item is that the sliding bearing of tank farm pump is substituted for rolling bearing, the water cooling of lube oil of pump is substituted for wind cooling. It is pointed out that the technical reform can simplify the flow process,save energy,and convenient to maintain the pipeline system.
