采用淀粉、三乙醇胺和月桂酸为主要原料 ,将淀粉经酶法水解、胺化和酰化反应合成了温和型表面活性剂N羟乙基月桂葡糖酰胺 。

The mild surfactant Nethoxyl lauryl alkyl polyglucoside amide was synthesized, through the threestep reaction of starch enzymatic hydrolysis, hydroammonolysis and acylation, by starch, triethanolamine and lauric acid. The conditions of hydrolysis and synthesis were established.
