摘要
由 HPAM(部分水解聚丙烯酰胺 )、柠檬酸铝、硫脲、KCl在 4 5℃和 p H值为 7 0的条件下研制了一种胶态分散凝胶 (CDG)。试验中以转变压力作为评价参数 ,考察了聚合物类型和性质、聚合物 Al3+ 用量比、聚合物浓度以及 KCl浓度等因素对 CDG性能的影响。结果表明 ,只有 HPAM类型和性质影响形成CDG的能力 ,聚合物 Al3+用量比有一个最佳值 ,CDG形成速度随聚合物和 KCl浓度的提高而增加。
CDG (colloidal dispersion gels) are made of HPAM, aluminum citrate, thiourea and KCl at a temperature of 45℃ and pH value of 7 0 The CDG's transition pressure is determined experimentally The source and concentration of HPAM samples, the ratio of polymer/aluminum citrate and the concentration of KCl are investigated as factors influencing CDG formation The experimental results show that CDG's capability is controlled only by the type and characters of HPAM and that there is an optimal usage ratio of polymer/aluminum citrate and the rate of CDG formation improved as the polymer and KCl concentration is increased
