湖盆沉积模拟测桥控制系统设计

摘要 介绍湖盆测桥控制系统的硬软件设计方法。用 PC机打印口控制步进电机驱动器 ,以控制测桥按 X,Y二自由度精确定位控制 ,用 C+ +编写底层硬件接口驱动程序 ,VB实现上层应用程序 ,控制结果表明 :X方向每步 80 cm,Y方向每步 6 0 cm,控制误差小于 1 mm,图像采集质量较高 ,达到了设计要求。 Software and hardware for a metering bridge controlled system in simulating lake basin sedimentation are designed Such a design involves controlling step motor's driver by means of PC print port for positioning accurately the metering bridge to X,Y freedom Bottom level interface driver is compiled by C ++ ,and top level application programs are accomplished by VB The control result shows that the X direction is 80cm per step and the Y direction is 60cm per step The error resulted from the control system is smaller than 1mm The quality of images acquired is good and meets the design requirement
