摘要
对二乙苯制二乙烯苯的铁基催化剂进行了活性评价,并用XRD,XPS等分析手段对催化剂的相结构、各组分间的相互作用与催化活性的关系进行了研究。结果表明助剂钾、钙对催化剂活性影响非常显著,初步认为助剂钾、钙可能参与了反应活性相的形成。
The catalyst composed of Fe 2O 3,KAlSiO 4,CeO 2,CaO was studied.It was found that promoter potassium obviously affects conversion and selectivity of product DVB,promoter calcium affects conversion of DVB.The catalyst was characterized by XPS and XRD,and no transformation for cerium was observed.Phase changes and the changes of band energy for potassium and calcium proved that promoter potassium and calcium might be involved in the formation of active phase in catalyst.
