摘要 介绍了在LWD、MWD中井下涡轮发电机的作用及工作原理,研究了涡轮发电机液力元件涡轮的不同叶片形式对应的模型,指出了一种效率高的新型涡轮模型的叶片特点,提出涡轮工作效率的关键参数及影响因子,总结出通过调整影响因子进行涡轮参数化建模的方法,实现了基于MATLAB和Pro/E结合对涡轮的快速准确建模,说明了关键函数程序语句及数据处理方法,提高了建模效率和模型数据的准确性。 The function and working principle of LWD and MWD downhole turbine generator are described,the corresponding model of different blade of turbine which is the hydrodynamic components of turbine generator.The blade characteristic of one kind of new efficient turbine is presented,the factors and key parameters influenced the turbine work efficiency are found out,the parametric modeling method through modifying the influence factors is summarized,and rapidly modeling based on the combination of MATLAB and Pro/E is realized.The key statements of the procedure and the data processing method are described in detail in this paper.This method is very significant to improve the accuracy and efficiency of model.
