摘要
在镗床上加工或修理高精度内孔时,普遍存在刀具调整难、效率低、加工精度难以保证的问题。提出了一种高精度镗刀微调机构,该机构利用大传动比轮系传动,通过微调镗刀的径向移动量,其孔径加工精度可达1μm以下。
In the processing of repairing or machining the high accuracy hole on the boring lathe,there are many problem,such as the adjustment of cutting tool,efficiency and machining precision.A high precision micro-adjust mechanism for boring tool is introduced in this paper.The mechanism has big transmission ratio gear train.By adjusting the radial displacement of the boring tool,the machining precision of hole diameter can reach the accuracy of micron order.
