摘要
通过物质流分析与系统动力学方法,深入研究铜陵市"十一五"期间工业系统资源消耗与污染排放特征,经济发展对生态环境压力,构建其"十二五"规划目标的工业内部结构优化模式,以期在未来经济活动中,指导经济与环境协调发展,指导矿产资源、能源利用规划及环境保护规划的制定。
Through the material flow analysis and system dynamics method,the in-depth study of resource consumption and pollution discharge characteristics of industrial system in Tongling City during the "Eleventh Five-Year" Plan,and the pressures of economic development on the environment are conducted,and the internal industrial structure optimization model based on "Twelfth Five-Year" Plan is to be set,in order to guide the coordinated development of economy and environment and the development of mineral resources and energy planning and environmental protection planning in the economic activities in the future.
