我国基础工程造价管理研究

Study of Basic Project Cost Management

近年来,随着国民经济的不断增长,人们生活水平日渐提高,因此,建设工程作为固定资产投资项目的主要部分已经越来越受到人们的重视,随之而来的,建设工程的基础工程造价管理工作的重要性也越来越突出了。本文从我国基础工程造价管理的现状入手,分析了如今基础工程造价中存在的问题。由于在市场经济条件下工程造价的控制与管理是一个动态的过程,因此,为了更好的控制工程建设资金,节约投资,我们要做到有的放矢,加强我国基础工程造价的管理工作。

In recent years,with the growing national economy,rising living standards,therefore,the construction of fixed assets investment projects as the main part has got more and more people＇s attention,following the importance of cost management of the basic project has become increasingly pronounced.In this paper,from the status of project cost management the problems in the basic project management are analyzed.As project cost control and management in the market economy is a dynamic process,therefore,in order to better control project construction funds and save investment,we must choose the right battle and strengthen the basic project cost management.
