摘要
本文基于和谐管理理论,针对建筑企业文化系统的和谐构建提出了一套管理机制;通过文化管理过程中信息传播及反馈路径的分析并进行建模,在此基础上进行和谐性诊断,并找出不和谐的关键要素,针对其采取相应的措施,突破了传统企业文化理论的局限,弥补了以往研究系统性较差的缺陷。实证结果表明,和谐管理理论能够为建筑企业文化系统和谐管理机制的建立提供有效的依据。
This paper presents a set of management mechanisms aimed at the system of construction enterprise culture based on the harmonious management theory;through analysis for the route of information transmiting and feedback establishes the model,diagnoses for the harmony and finds out the key unharmonious element,which breaks through the localization of the traditional theory and makes up the limitation of the unsystemic investigation.The harmonious management theory applied to the harmonious mechanisms has been demonstrated validated by an empirical study.
