College students＇ employment has become the social common concerns.Promoting entrepreneurship for students is the best medicine to solve problem of students＇ employment,and obtains the popular support of central and local levels as well as universities and enterprises.To adapt to the Internet era,the conditions have maturated to establish undertaking base of productive e-commerce.Undertaking base coordinates the function of government,enterprises and university,which will promote higher vocational college graduates to conduct entrepreneurship.
