关于汉中市A型性格学生的研究及分析

Research and Analysis about Type A Character of Students in Hanzhong City

研究A型性格对我们的身心健康至关重要,它与医学也有密切联系,为了解汉中市学生中A型性格所占比重,笔者随机抽取汉中市300名学生进行A型B型性格测验问卷调查,结果发现被试中42.52%为A型性格,由此,笔者提出了克服A型性格给我们生活带来危害的有效措施,以期提高人们的生活质量。

It is very important to research the type A character for our mental and physical health,which closely contact with medicine.To find out the proportion of Type A to all students of Hanzhong,the author chose 300 subjects randomly from them who would finish the Type A and Type B personality test.Finally there are 42.52% of the Type A of them,thus,the author puts forward some measures to improve the quality of people＇s lives which could overcome the harm the Type A bringing.
