我国急需金融信息化创新人才,通过对我国金融信息化人才培养现状分析,针对金融信息化人才培养实践教学环节薄弱的问题,构建了科学合理的实践教学体系,对培养金融信息化人才的应用能力与创新能力具有十分重要的作用。

Our country is badly in need of financial infromatization innovative personnel.Through analyzing the situation of financial infromatization innovative personnel training,aiming at the weak teaching of financial infromatization innovative personnel training,this paper builds a scientific and reasonable practical teaching system,which plays a very important role in the cultivation of applied ability and creative ability of financial infromatization personnel.
