摘要
减少水土流失、保护土壤、稳定全球气候、降低温室效应,发展建设土壤保持耕作系统己经成为全球性共同关注的问题。我国是世界上水土流失最为严重的国家之一,本文作者通过多年的水利工作经验,对水土流失的治理谈谈个人的粗浅看法,仅供参考。
The protection of the soil,reducing soil erosion,reducing the greenhouse effect,global climate stability,development and construction of soil conservation tillage systems have become global issues of common concern.China is one of the most serious soil erosion in the world.The author talked about personal views about control of soil erosion,combining with many years of experience of water conservancy work.
