摘要
通过文献资料、调查访问等方法,对跳水运动员在日常训练和比赛中疲劳的产生原因及恢复进行探讨。调查发现,教练员和队医不仅需要用常规的恢复手段和物理治疗进行调整恢复,还应更多的对运动员进行一定的心理沟通,才能更好的达到最佳的恢复效果和状态。
Through literature,survey and other methods,this paper discussed the causes and recovery of fatigue in everyday training and contest.The result shows that coaches and team doctors not only need to use conventional means of recovery and physical therapy to adjust recovery,athletes also need more psychological communication,in order to better achieve the best recovery results and status.
