摘要 简要介绍了NEMA超高效三相异步电动机的研发背景、主要技术参数、结构设计特点和关键技术,如采用优质硅钢片与退火工艺降低铁耗,低谐波绕组降低铜耗,特殊转子表面加工和酸洗工艺降低杂耗等,以及研制展望。 The NEMA Premium three-phase asynchronous motor's research and development background, fundamental parameters,structure,and key technique was introduced.For example,stator and rotor cores were laminated with high-class electrical silicon steel sheets with high permeability and annealing process to reduce iron loss.Low harmonic winding was used to reduce stator copper loss. Rotor surface was lathed with special technology and acid washing to reduce stray loss,etc.Development prospects of NEMA Premium three-phase asynchronous motor was desciped.
