摘要
讨论了外转子永磁同步电动机与内转子永磁电机结构的不同之处,介绍了外转子永磁同步电动机转子轭磁压降和极弧系数的计算方法。并在此基础上采用可视化的编程工具C++Builder 6.0,设计开发了基于Windows的外转子永磁同步电动机计算机辅助系统。通过一个20P、16.8kW的设计实例,将该CAD系统设计结果与已有的CAD系统设计结果进行了比较,证明了该CAD系统的可靠性和准确性。
Difference between external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor(ERPMSW)and that of the conventional motor was discussed as well as proposed methods to calculate parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motor with external rotors,such as Fj1 andαi.A computer aided design(CAD)system which was using C^(++) Builder 6.0 was developed based on the Windows.Through an example of 20P,16.8KW ERPMSW,the CAD system design results and predecessor CAD system design results were compared,and then,the reliability and practicality of the CAD system was proved.
