双馈感应式风力发电系统低压穿越能力仿真研究 被引量:5

摘要 在电网故障条件下,风电并网导则要求风电发电机具备低压穿越能力。为了保护发电机及其变流器,双馈式感应风力发电机(英文缩写DFIG),需要采用Crowbar保护电路为转子过电流提供旁路通道,同时抑制直流母线过电压。文章介绍了在PSCAD平台下搭建的2MW双馈感应式风力发电系统,并对有无Crowbar电路的DFIG在三相短路条件下进行了仿真。结果表明:具备Crowbar电路的DFIG有较好的暂态特性,并且具备较强的低电压穿越能力。 The standards of wind farm integration into power system required wind turbines in the nature of low voltage ride through capability under grid faults.For protecting generators and converters,The DFIG had to adopt crowbar circuit to bypass rotor over current and suppress DC busbar over voltage.In this paper,2MW DFIG system under PSCAD was constructed.Simulation under the condition either with crowbar circuit or without it was performed sparatcly under three-phase short-circuit.The result indicated that the DFIG equipping with crowbar circuit had better transient process characteristic and stronger low voltage ride through capability.
