(Fe-Al)柱撑累托石催化过氧化氢氧化苯酚

Catalytic wet peroxide oxidation of phenol by (Fe-Al)-pillared rectorites

摘要 制备了(Fe-Al)柱撑累托石催化剂。在苯酚浓度65.0 mg·L^(-1)和催化剂用量1.0 g·L^(-1)的条件下,考察了催化剂焙烧温度、初始pH和反应温度对苯酚催化过氧化氢氧化处理效果的影响,并运用XRD和TPR等手段对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,(Fe-Al)柱撑累托石催化剂层柱结构完全。在焙烧温度500℃、反应温度50 ℃和初始pH为6.0的条件下,催化剂具有最佳性能,反应240 min,苯酚去除率达100%,TOC去除率达67.0%,Fe溶出量为0.95 mg·L^(-1)。 (Fe-Al)-pillared rectorites catalysts were prepared and characterized by XRD and H2-TPR. The effects of calcination temperature,initial pH and reaction temperature on the performance of (Fe-Al)-pillared rectorites catalysts for catalytic wet peroxide oxidation(CWPO) of phenol were investigated under the condition of phenol concentration 65.0 mg· L-1 and catalyst dosage 1.0 g · L-1. The results showed that the catalysts exhibited the best CWPO properties, and the removal rate of phenol of 100% and TOC of 67.0%, and Fe leaching amount of 0. 95 mg · L-1 were attained under the reaction condition as follows: calcination temperature 500℃ ,reaction temperature 50 ℃ ,initial pH value 6.0 and reaction time 240 min.
