The Logistics Development,Industry Cluster and Industry Transfer

在新经济地理学、空间经济学关于运输成本和产业集聚的分析框架下,引入物流这一概念,从物流角度分析物流发展与产业集聚的关系并进行实证分析。结果表明:物流发展与制造业集聚之间存在"倒U型"非线性关系,即随着物流业的发展,物流费用逐渐降低,将促使制造业进一步往东部地区聚集;而当物流发展到一定程度后,物流费用的进一步降低,则会带来产业集聚程度的降低,产业将由东部往中西部地区转移。

Under the analytical framework about transportation costs and industry concentration in the new economic geography and spatial economics,this paper analyzed the relationship between logistics development and industrial agglomeration by the introduction of the concept of logistics.The results showed that： there is ＂inverted U-type＂ non-linear relationship between the logistics development and the concentration of manufacturing industries.With the development of logistics industry,logistics costs gradually reduced,which will lead to the further aggregation of economic factors to the eastern areas;and when the logistics developing to a certain extent,the logistics costs further reduced,which will encourage to reduce the extent of industrial agglomeration and industries will transfer from the eastern to the western regions.
