基于中国现有的关于财务管理理论创新方面的相关研究成果进行回顾和梳理的基础上,通过分析国内外理财环境的变迁对现有财务管理理论产生的影响,从企业财务管理理念和财务管理理论的研究内容两大方面总体把握中国财务管理理论的创新方向和发展趋势。

This article summarized the previous literature about the innovation of financial management theory,then analyzed the effect of financial management environment to financial management theory,finally concluded the innovative trends of financial management theory about two aspects of financial management minds and financial management contents in China.
