摘要
西藏草地退化造成了生态环境恶化及草地畜牧业生产能力下降。草地资源的公共品特性导致的市场失灵,政府防止草地退化的投入不足,传统观念决定的农牧民行为乏力及粗放经营决定的畜牧业结构不合理是西藏草地退化的主要原因。
Tibet grassland degradation caused ecological environment deterioration and grassland livestock productivity impairment.The public characteristics of rangeland resources leads to the market failure,the government＇s investment of preventing grassland degradation is insufficient,the traditional notion caused the agriculture herdsman behavior fatigue and animal husbandry structure decided by extensive management is irrational.All those aspects are the main causes of Tibet grassland degradation.
