与所有经济危机发生的原因相似,本次国际债务危机的根本原因同样是由于过度消费,即在不能合理预期未来收益的情况下超前消费。虽然国际金融危机等外部原因不可忽视,但是这次危机主要原因依然是债务国本身的债务结构不合理、过度消费、经济结构存在弊端。我国应该在吸取这些教训以后做出深刻地反思,在债务结构、文化建设、社会风气、金融监管等方面做出一些改善。

Similar to all the reasons of economic cri sis,The root cause of the international debt crisis is also due to excessive consumption.That is people＇s excessive consumption under the unreasonably expected future profits.Although external factors such as the international financial crisis can not be ignored,but the main reason for the crisis is still the debtor＇s own debt structure is irrational,such as over-consumption,economic structure defects.China should make a deep reflection after learning from these lessons,and make some improvements in terms of the debt structure,culture,social trends,financial supervision.
