摘要
本文在对大量历史资料进行整合的基础上,对美国20世纪60年代以后的房地产金融市场的四次显著周期进行研究,并希望籍此为我国房地产金融市场的良性发展提供借鉴。
Based on the integration of a lot of historical data,this article studies the four significant cycles of the United States' real estate financial market after 20th century,hoping to provide a reference for the development of China's real estate financial market.
