产权制度与经济绩效:农民专业合作社产权制度分析——对两个社区依托型合作社的比较研究

本论文以两个社区依托型农民专业合作社为案例,剖析了这两个合作社股权结构、利益分配、决策机制等方面存在的差异,以及这种差异所导致的两个合作社绩效存在的差距。最后,本文指出:我国农民专业合作社不同的产权构成,决定了农民专业合作经济组织内部不同的治理机制,从而影响到农民专业合作经济组织的绩效。在此基础上,本文提出了相应的对策建议。

The paper analyzes the difference of the shareholding structure,allocation of benefits,decision-making system between the two special cooperatives,and the gap of performance caused by the difference.Further more,the paper draws a conclusion that the various property rights of the special cooperatives have their own government structure which has great impact on the performance.At last,the paper offers some countermeasure.
