由于城市新区的综合优势,生产性服务业高端化、融合化发展加速向城市新区聚集。在规模报酬递减、新兴经济业态成长、快速交通发展等多种因素影响下,不同类型的生产性服务业在城市新区的区位选择和空间聚集呈现出不同特征,知识密集型生产性服务业以中央商务区为核心聚集,制造业关联型生产性服务业以加工制造产业园区为核心聚集,并对城市新区的经济发展、城市形态、社会空间结构产生影响。
As a result of city newly developed area＇s comprehensive superiority,production service industry accelerates the accumulation step to the city newly developed area.On the effects of many kinds of fact,such as scale reward diminishing,new industry industry condition growing,swiftly moving traffic developing,different patterns of production service industry present different characteristics on the position choice and space accumulation.Knowlage intensity pattern accumulates based on the CBD.Manufacturing industry connection pattern accumulates based on the processing manufacture industry garden area.All those different patterns have inpacts on the economy development,city shape and social spatial strcuture.
