摘要
介绍了目前国内外甲醇合成塔的类型,并通过两套卡萨利合成装置的运行对比,找出了产品中乙醇、杂醇等杂质含量高的原因,指出通过精馏塔调节负荷,这种现象可以在一定程度上得到改善。
This paper introduces the types of methanol synthetic reactors used in China and foreign countries at present,and through the operation contrast of two sets of Casale synthesizers,finds out the reasons why the content of ethanol,fusel alcohol and other impurities in the products is higher,and points out that such phenomenon can be improved to a certain extent through adjusting the load in rectification column.
