The construction project possesses some features such as the larger investment,wider social benefit,longer construction period,etc.,in order to guarantee the smooth realization of the project construction,the control of construction cost is one of the key factors.Design phase is an important phase determining the construction cost,and the design quality and design level are undoubtedly the key factors influencing the whole construction cost.This paper mainly introduces some key factors that are closely connected with the construction cost in the design phase.
