运用文献资料法、数理统计法及实地访谈法对《全运会信息专刊》为内蒙古备战第11届全运会进行了分析。从多个维度剖析《专刊》服务性的基本特征与作用。《专刊》服务性的基本特征表现为:信息化、决策化、基础化、专业化、科学化。据此提出《专刊》"信息保驾护航"的重要服务效应。

With the employment of related references,the analysis of data,on the basis of survey and research of the area,this paper makes a general analysis of the contribution made by the Journal of National Games for Inner Mongolia＇s preparation for the National Games.The paper discusses the basic characteristics and various functions of the Journal in different perspectives.The contributions made by the Journal are mainly manifested in the following aspects： informativeness,managerial,fundamental,specialization and scientism.Based on the above functions,the Journal realized its unique contribution while enhancing Inner Mongolia＇s participation in the 11th National Games.
