摘要
针对渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮的齿廓偏差,基于坐标法的测量原理,根据GB/T 13924-2008《渐开线圆柱齿轮精度检验细则》,确定齿廓偏差测量的起测位置并给出齿廓偏差的求解过程,用以指导该类齿轮偏差测量仪器的开发。
The measurement position and the solution process of tooth profile deviations were deduced for involute helical gear based on coordinate measuring principle according to GB/T 13924-2008 ＂Precision of involute cylindrical gears inspection details＂,the result can be used in the development of gear deviation measuring instruments.
