我国PVC生产技术创新(续完)

摘要 介绍了中国聚氯乙烯工业从无到有近50年的发展历程,指出转化器和精馏塔的创新造就了现代化氯乙烯生产装置,电石渣浆的综合利用、干法乙炔发生器的开发成功、精馏尾气的回收和高效低汞催化剂的投用,使电石法氯乙烯生产步入循环经济的轨道;不断引进、消化、吸收、创新技术,氯乙烯来源、聚合方法和产品品种不断多样化,自主开发大型聚合釜及配套技术,使我国成为PVC生产大国。 The development course of PVC industry developed from scratch in China in the past 50 years werc introduced. It was indicated that the innovation of converter and distillation column created the modern production facility of vinyl chloride, and the utilization of carbide slag slurry, the successful development of dry-process acetylene generator, the recovery of rectified tail gas and application of high effective and low-mercury content catalyst made the production of carbide based vinyl chloride step into track of recycling economy; based on continuous introducing, assimilating, absorbing and innovating technologies, the continuous diversification of vinyl chloride sources, polymerization methods and product varieties, and the independent development in large scale poly- merization reactors and their matching technologics, our country had become a large country in PVC production.
