竹粉用量对PVC/竹粉复合材料阻燃抑烟性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用自制的聚乙烯蜡接枝马来酸酐对竹粉进行改性,并制备了PVC/竹粉复合材料;研究了改性竹粉用量对PVC/竹粉复合材料阻燃抑烟性能的影响。结果表明:①PVC/竹粉复合材料的氧指数随着改性竹粉用量的增加而下降;②当改性竹粉的用量为10~50份时,PVC/竹粉复合材料的垂直燃烧性能达到FV-0级,水平燃烧性能达到FH-1级;③PVC/竹粉复合材料的最大烟密度、烟密度等级均随着改性竹粉用量的增加而下降。 Bamboo flour was modified by self-made polyethene wax grafted maleic anhydride, and PVC/bamboo flour composites were prepared. Influences of modified bamboo flour dosage on the flame retardant and smoke suppression properties of PVC/bamboo flour composites were studied. The results show that: (1) the oxygen index of PVC/bamboo flour composites is decreased with the increase of modified bamboo flour dosage (2) when the dosage of modified bamboo flour is 10 - 50 parts, the vertical burning properties and horizontal burning properties of PVC/bamboo flour composites can reach FV-0 grade and FH-1 grade, respectively~ (3) both the MSD and SDR of PVC/bam- boo flour composites were decreased with the increase of the dosage of modified bamboo flour.
